NEGUROSU DENKO CO.,LTD had its beginning in 1947 when Mr Masao Sugaya, a founder of the company, formed a small sales agency in Tokyo specialising in electrical installations for residential property, later moving into the industrial and commercial markets with market responsive products. This was a time of incubation for young business ventures after World War II.
1956 was a landmark for NEGUROSU with the launch of "ANGLUCK", an engineered metal fitting, designed to relieve the hard work involved in cable installations, as the first manufacturer of this type of product in Japan "ANGLUCK" was welcomed by all installation engineers for its time saving qualities.
In 1974, Mr Masao Sugaya was awarded the "Shibusawa Award", which is known as a Japanese Nobel Prize in the industry.
